    Event Basics

    Our Packages
    • BYOB Event Base Package
      • Bay Area Mobile Mixers (BAMM) will provide bar services for up to 3 hours, including:
        • One (1) professional bartender
        • General liability insurance
        • Travel up to 40 miles from Morgan Hill
        • Pre-event consultation, including one (1) Zoom call with a comprehensive shopping list
        • Basic bar setup: two (2) tables with tablecloths, garnishes (upon request), 12 oz and 9 oz plastic cups, bar napkins, straws, and coolers
        • Serving beer and wine
    • Basic Mixer Package: $5 per person (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Soda Water, Tonic Water, Lime Juice, Lemon Juice, Agave Syrup)*
    • Signature Mixer Package: $2 per person (Mixers and garnishes for Beer,
      Wine, and 2 Signature Cocktails; price may vary based on complexity) *
    • Premium Mixer Package: $4 per person (Mixers and garnishes for Beer,
      Wine, and 4 Signature Cocktails; price may vary based on complexity) 
    • Full-Service Open Bar Package: $12 per person (Includes professional bar-
      tenders, Basic Mixer Package: Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice, Pineapple Juice, Grapefruit Juice; we can accommodate other mixers upon request; price may vary based on drink complexity) *
    Additional Service Options:
    *Prices may vary based on guest count or specific requirements. *
    • BAMM Mobile Bar Trailer: $1,300* (Trailer is a 1975 Santa Fe Trailer, con-
      verted into a mobile bar. Trailer includes - 2 Bartenders, 2 Kegerators, Deep
      Freezer, Basic Bar Mixer Package up to 65 people, Ice Package, and 2 Ice Well Service Stations)**
    • Jockey Box w/ CO2, Regulator, and Taps: $250 Rental
    • Additional Bartender: $300 (Required for events with 65+ guests)
    • Additional Hour of Bar Service: $200 (Maximum 2 additional hours)
    • Travel Fee: $1 per mile (Up to 100 miles; negotiable beyond 100 miles)
    • Portable Bar Rental: $150*
    • Water Station: $2 per person (Self-serve with plastic cups)
    • Ice Package: $2 per person (Ice for cocktails, beer, and wine) *
    • Table Wine Service: $3 per person (Wine service during dinner) *
    • Champagne Toast Service: $2 per person (Pouring client-provided cham-
      pagne with plastic flutes) *
    • Second Bar Setup: $300*
    • MasterTent Rental: $250 per tent (10x15 to 10x30 enclosed tent with walls
      on 3 sides and anchoring weights)

     All BAMM Trailer packages include the following: bar set-up and break-down a signature drink menu, aesthetic bar decorations, a draft system that holds 2 full-sized kegs, bar equipment, staging, self-serve flavored water and lemonade stations, USB charging ports, neon signs, and experienced, licensed, and certified bartenders. Detailed shopping lists will be provided for the Simple and Signature packages. Alcohol is NOT provided by The Bay Area Mobile Mixers for ANY of our packages. 
    So what's next? After we finalize the proposal, we'll sign the contract and you will be able to submit your deposit to formally reserve The Wild Willow for your event. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. Closer to your event, we will reach out to get more details about your guests, confirm event information, and make sure we're on track to provide the highest quality service for the day of your event! On the day of your event, you won't have to worry about us! Once you show us where you want us, we will set up The Wild Willow and prepare to serve you with enthusiasm, excitement, and quick, superior service. We'll be sure the drinks keep flowing while you celebrate and relax with your guests!

    ​Once you submit this form, our team will review your event details and send you over a formal Bay Area Mobile Mixers proposal. Please note that this form is NOT a formal contract committing Bay Area Mobile Mixers to servicing your event.

    After we finalize the proposal, we'll sign the contract and you will be able to submit your deposit to formally reserve Bay Area Mobile Mixers for your event. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.

    Closer to your event, we will reach out to get more details about your guests, confirm event information, and make sure we're on track to provide the highest quality service for the day of your event!

    On the day of your event, you won't have to worry about us! Once you show us where you want us, we will set up and prepare to serve you with enthusiasm, excitement, and quick, superior service. We'll be sure the drinks keep flowing while you celebrate and relax with your guests!
